What we're about
The Hot Young Designers Club is dedicated to building a community and lending a voice to interior designers everywhere. We believe that being hot and young is a state of mind and not based on external standards. Our episodes cover a variety of topics related to running a design business: from the practical systems and processes, to navigating the emotional challenges faced by creative entrepreneurs.
Our episodes are like heart-to-heart conversations between close friends and we invite guests who will have fun while teaching our listeners something new.
What we're interested in
- Elevating the voices of under-represented groups in the industry.
- Your topic isn't just a long commercial for your business or product.
- Increasing profit, entrepreneurship, design processes, client relationships, etc.
- Helping our listeners first and foremost.
- Providing transparency and actionable information.
- Not taking business conversations too seriously.
